The universal Concerto injects all types of mesotherapy and PRP products such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins, etc. It uses Ultim’s topping, point-by-point, PRP and fillers programmes.

The Carboxytherapy programs
The Concerto uses the carbon dioxide injection technique developed for the Carboxy-Pen®.
This easy-to-use Carboxytherapy injector gun is quick and intuitive to operate. This automatic injector adjusts the dose, flow and depth of treatment for precise, pain-free carbon dioxide injections.
All the treatment parameters are directly available on the gun’s screen for precise monitoring of treatment protocols.
Preferably carried out before Mesotherapy sessions, Carboxytherapy increases blood flow and amplifies the effects of the Mesotherapy products.
The combined action of these two techniques generates synergistic effects for patients. The low cost of Carboxytherapy sessions also makes the Concerto® highly cost-effective.
The Concerto is battery-powered, with a continuous operating time of 20 hours, and weighs just 380 grams.

Carbonic gas injection for aesthetic applications
Carboxytherapy
The Carboxytherapy is the subcutaneous injection of carbon dioxide (CO2 gas). Naturally generated by the organism as a metabolism consequence, the CO2 increases immediately the flow of blood and oxygen inside the muscular and adipose tissues. Locally injected the carbonic gas is automatically removed by the blood circulation and eliminated by the lungs.
In front of CO2, the hemoglobin balances the O2 and CO2 levels by release of oxygen (Bohr effect).
